Paid Media Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team in Europe. This role will play a key part in shaping and executing our paid media strategy, working closely with the content team to develop engaging content and monitor ad performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling content that aligns with our brand and target audience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance analytics to drive conversions and improve ROI.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing successful paid media campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of various paid media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with the content team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to report on analytics and insights to stakeholders.
  • High level of English proficiency is required.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is a plus.

As a Raise3D Channel Marketing Lead, you will be a proactive professional responsible for managing resellers in selected territories across Europe. Your role is pivotal in keeping our resellers engaged with the Raise3D brand, promoting our products, and driving their success and performance growth. You will report to the Channel Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with a dedicated team that shares the common goal of achieving channel growth through dedication and collaboration with our valued Sales Partners.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with resellers in designated territories, ensuring their continuous engagement and alignment with the Raise3D brand.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support resellers in achieving their sales objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Partners to understand their needs, provide marketing support, and align on joint initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Support resellers with Marketing Development Funds (MDF) allocation, enabling them to execute impactful trade activities such as exhibitions, webinars, case studies, and more.
  • Facilitate the collection and distribution of global Raise3D marketing assets to empower local sales partners and enhance their marketing efforts.
  • Ensure implementation and rollout of marketing material and campaigns in the channel, including local adaptation (translation, promotion, product focus, etc.).
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all materials developed by partners adhere to Raise3D’s brand guidelines and reflect our values and messaging.
  • Continuously evaluate the ROI of channel initiatives, track partner performance, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

 

About you:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Management/Marketing field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing or sales management roles, preferably within a similar industry or channel-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong analytical mindset to assess marketing performance, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Proficiency in Hubspot is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in additional languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, and/or French is advantageous.
